为了全面分析MBR工程系统的各种运行参数及设计条件对工程处理效果的影响情况,本文以单位水处理成本V元/m3作为工程评价的目标参数,并以本系统试运行参数为依据,对事故停车率、在线水洗时间、空清洗时间、膜寿命、气水比、膜价格、膜产水通量进行了全面的分析优化。计算过程利用数学软件[7]进行了运算。计算程序参考相关文献,[8,6]。水电费人工等参数以北京地区为准,通过在设定其它参数不变的基础上,对单一因素作分析计算,得到各数据进作图数据分析,得到的直线回归方程即得到了V=KX B V,V为产水成本,单位为元/m3;X代表各影响因子。如下表 1中所示。

tract: In the aim of re-use, the full scale membrane bioreactor treated wastewater from a holiday restaurant with the capacity of 500m3/d is designed with hollow fiber PVDF membrane and hydrolazer–areation active sludge equipment all made in china. as one of immersed membrane reactor , some economic and technical factor is optimized by some calculation with math soft. The effective controlling is implemented during test run.
