Pilot-Scale Study on Treatment of Domestic Wastewater with Membrane Bio reactor (MBR) Process
tract: A study on treatment of domestic wastewater with membrane bioreac tor (MBR) process was carried out using domestic hollow fiber membrane. The resu lts showed that suspended solids in MBR effluent was zero; the total count of ba cteria was lower than the requirement of drinking water standard; the removals of COD and ammonia were higher than 95%. The effluent could be reused directl y. E conomic analysis on MBR process indicated that the construction cost of MBR proc ess was lower than that of traditional tertiary process, but the operation cos t was higher due to the cost of membrane and the power consumption of MBR ( 1.0 kW·h/m3).
试验装置运行的其他条件: ① 紊流:运行出水期间气水比35∶1。 ② 低压出水:出水流量采用阀门、流量计控制恒定,人为降低了出水水头。 ③ 间歇运行:7min出水,3min停止出水空曝。 1.3 水质分析方法 COD分析采用重铬酸钾法,氨氮分析采用纳氏试剂比色法,溶解氧分析采用JPB-607便携式溶解氧分析仪,pH值分析采用PHS-2C精密级酸度计,浊度分析采用GDS-3B光电浊度计,细菌分析采用平板计数法。
