Treatment of Waste Water from the Production of Hydrogen Peroxide Solution
tract:TheCr amount in the waste water from the production of hydrogen peroxide solution by anthraquinone process is 5000~7000 mg/L and the wasate water is light orange. Under the condition of adding in ferrous sulfate,through the treatment using hydrogen peroxide solution for oxidation and adding in lime milk and coagulant the Cr content and the color of the effluent water can meet the standard.

用双氧水催化氧化—絮凝法处理装置产生的污水,具有流程简单、设备投资低等特点,另外使用的双氧水还可来源于浓缩装置的蒸发残液,该残液虽为废水,但其自身含有一定量的双氧水(约20%),混入其它污水后,可减少处理用的双氧水用量。装置排出的少量废双氧水也可用来处理污水,得到以废治废结果,具有很好的经济效益。双氧水处理完污水中的有机物后,自身分解为H2O和O2,对环境不产生第,处理1 t 污水所需原辅助材料的消耗见表2。
